Broker Purchase Agreement Review

This service helps you make sure your purchase agreement and addenda are written in the normal, expected format and terms. A licensed, experienced professional Real Estate Agent will read your purchase agreement and tell you whether the format, language, and terms are "normal" for a residential real estate transaction in your area, or if there are items or written addenda missing that would usually be included in a normal residential transaction.

This service involves a licensed real estate broker reading the purchase agreement and noting items that are within and outside the normal format and terms of a residential purchase agreement. This service is not available for contract for deed financing, short sale, commercial, industrial, land, or land development purchase agreements. This service does not involve the evaluation or expression of an opinion on the price of the property or the purchase agreement forms, which are available separately.
