How it works to order the service:
1. Order the service online, or email for a quote for the city or zip code you are interested in.
2. You will receive a listing of what areas are available for $149, and other areas and prices you may want to consider. Quotes usually are available the next business day after order/request.
3. Confirm the area and length of time you want, and watch the ads and exposure increase.
4. Monthly reports showing how many buyers have clicked on your listing are available upon request.
Only available for properties listed in the MLS by BuySelf Realty. Not every zip code or area is available at all times. Advertising will end at the end of the __ month time frame, or upon offer acceptance, listing cancellation, or listing expiration, whichever is earlier. Unused months are not refundable.
If there are more than 4 Featured Homes returned on a given search, how are they displayed?
All Featured Homes listings belonging to specific Find-A-Home search areas are retrieved from the listing database. If more than 4 Featured Homes listings exist for a search, then these results are grouped into sets of four and are sorted by relevancy. There are two ways that consumers can get to the next set of four listings:
*By clicking on the featured homes arrow
*Or by navigating to the next page on the Search Results Page
